First of all, congratulations on finishing the book. If you haven’t, please go back and read the full-summary here. Trust me, it’s worth it.
For those of you who have done the theory, it’s time to put it into practice. Follow this 10-day action plan from Jim Kwik himself to kickstart your journey to be limitless.

Day #1 Learn FASTER
Put this acronym into action on day one:
- Forget – what you already know
- Act – knowing and not doing is the same as not knowing
- State – move your body, when your body moves your brain groves
- Teach – pay it forward to someone else
- Enter – enter blocks of time (even if it’s 10 or 15 minutes) a ay
- Review – get in habit of reflecting yourself
Day #2 Kill your ANTs
On day 2, kill those pesky LIEs (Limiting Ideas Entertained). Consistently check your BS (Belief Systems). Don’t shrink what’s possible to fit your mind, expand your mind to fit what’s possible.
Day #3 Question your Questions
On Day 3, start asking questions to your questions. Think about how you can change your thinking and behavior and course correct as you go.
Day #4 Imagine what you want Most
If you try to accomplish a hundred things, you might wind up with nothing. Don’t be all things to all people. Be everything to a few people. Think specific, feel it, believe it and do it.
Day #5 Consider your Purpose
Think about people counting on you to be limitless. Is it your family? Your partner? Your friends? Community at large? Now, think about the lives of those people when you show up 100 percent.
Day #6 Start a New Healthy Habit
Think big. Start small. Little by little can become a lot over time. Pick one new habit you’ll start doing today. How can you break it down to small, simple steps you can do it consistently each day?
Day #7 Give your Brain Energy
Remember the superfood list? Try including as much superfood as possible in your diet (Avocados, Blueberries, Broccoli, Green leafy vegetables, Salmon, Turmeric, Dark Chocolate, Walnuts, Eggs, Water).
Day #8 Optimize your Study
Studying isn’t just for students. We’re all lifelong learners. Set optimal state to study and learn. Remove distractions. Use HEAR (Halt, Empathy, Anticipate, Review) method to watch a TED video you’ve never seen.
Day #9 Always remember MOM
MOM (Motivation, Observation, Methods) is your best friend to learn anything. Master this skill even when you’re shopping groceries or walking through your neighborhood.
Day #10 Embrace the power of Reading
Leaders are readers. Ready every day even if it’s for 10 minutes a day. Don’t expect to see immediate results because the power of reading only compounds over time.
