A leader’s primary job.

A leader’s primary job is to find out what each team member does really well and how to best utilize that skillset for the team’s benefit.

  1. Who is the star? In what way?
  2. Who are the role players?
  3. How do they serve the stars in your mission?
  4. Who is the glue on your team? Who holds your team together?
  5. Who does all the little things to make your team successful?

  8. How do you specifically contribute to your team cohesion?
